I'll buy #1.
I'm skeptical of #2. There are, according to their own views, a few "recommended paths" that AURORA try and prod the arc to if its deviating, and while players are free to interact with the arc, the question people should be asking is "Will they allow players to create a new ending?" I wasn't around for Tetrimon, but the Speakers of Truth arc the Fraction had limited involvement in - would AURORA have allowed us to murder him if we had successfully pinned him down when we found his escort, and let hundreds, perhaps thousands of man-hours of labor in its story development go to waste? To let an insane Heir possibly become Emperor and go crazy on the rest of EVE, ruining the delicate political balance and that excellent Chronicle? Somehow I'm skeptical.
#3? Two words: Siege Mode? As in, the zero velocity that the dreadnought is capable of achieving when in it, or am I smoking something here that distorts my interpretation of said concept? Also, where are the other ISD and player petitions, do you have proof of them that we can believe?
Bottom line? I think this is damage control, especially on point #3. Why? Because your investigators are biased, they're employed by the company, and therefore company interests are a top priority. The day I start buying the answers you're selling is when IA actually discovers an internal problem that no one, not even the hacker himself, knew about, and revealed it to us so we knew they were being proactive, not reactive.

To be honest, make it public. You can even leave it anonymous if need be, show us that you're doing what you say you are, and your credibility will grow accordingly.
